Project Home Base

Buddy Baseball provides youth and teens with disabilities the opportunity to chase grounders, round the bases, and experience being part of a team.

All Stars Baseball provides adults ages 20+ with disabilities the continued experience to participate in a recreational sport league and program while supported by staff and volunteers.

Both All Stars and Buddy Sports are unique programs that provide a one-of-a-kind experience for athletes and volunteers that is unduplicated in the area. Within Buddy and All Stars each player with a disability-related need is placed on a team with buddies who assist in creating a fun and inclusive opportunity. The program focuses on the experience of team play, skill acquisition, and participation in one of America’s favorite pastimes.

After many years of play and continuous growth, Buddy Baseball and All Stars Baseball are getting their “home base,” a home that fuels belonging and a sense of community at a newly renovated, fully accessible Darryl F. Lindberg Park. Together, let’s swing for the fences and run to home base!
